Hello!
My name is BeverlyJean and a few months ago I retired after 15 years from The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California. During that time I worked for three Senior Executives and was blessed to have had a dream job with happy ,smart people at the happiest place on earth.
My grandmother Collins taught me to love all things handcrafted. She was a true inspiration to me. Grandmother Collins taught me from age 3 to hold a needle, whether it be sewing,knitting, or crochet. Those times spent with her learning and listening to special family stories I have cherished all my adult life and indeed have passed them along to my daughters.
A new chapter has opened in my life ' Retirement'. Now is the beginning of my new venture and so " Shabby Chic Pink Ladybug Designs" has begun it's journey. I'm very excited to be traveling along a road of meeting amazing creative friends along the way. Women who share my heart for simpler days, my passion for chic decorative finds, cottage style pillows, handmade anything, flea- market shopping and vintage. They are simply wonderful inspirations.
